How do I install the PurityPod?
In short: You just unscrew your old tap connectors and screw on ours!
This is an easy DIY job that literally only take a few minutes!
1) Simply position your new PurityPod under your sink.
2) Turn off the water supply to your cold water sink tap.
3) Undo the current pipe connections to the cold water sink tap. (Lefty loosey / Righty tighty)
4) Now screw on your new PurityPod tap connectors.
5) Turn the water supply back on and you're good to go!
The kit comes with all the parts you need.

How does the filter work?
Your PurityPod is a powerful 5 micron filter that removes 99% of Chlorine, Dirt, Rust, Debris, and other particles, bringing you a huge taste and odour improvement. It also greatly reduces VOCs.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note if you suspect you have any lead in your water supply, while this filter will reduce it, there is no real safe limit for lead.

Does it make the water taste better?
Yes it does! Expect bottle quality water - but without any microplastics.
How long does it take to setup?
It only take minutes! It's an easy DIY job - or a very simple job for a handyman (have some other jobs lined up for them so they don't waste their visit!)
How bad is my water?
Most public water supplies should be reasonably safe to drink. But they come with contaminants you might prefer to remove - like chlorine, microplastics, nitrates, added fluoride, and so on. Exact concentrations of these can vary area to area.

How long do the cartridges last?
The life of your filter cartridge depends on your local water quality and usage.
The recommended cartridge lifespan is 6 months or 10,000 Gallons / 45,000 Litres - whichever is soonest.
(You don't want to leave it in too long because bacteria can grow at the cartridge outlet.)
Replacement cartridges cost £37 incl delivery. So if you change every six months the annual cost is £74. (That's 20p a day for your purified water!)
